Chapter one · Our story
Ensurance was founded by brothers Dr. Ricky Jacob and Nicky Jacob, entrepreneurs who have spent more than a decade building financial technology products across payments, banking, lending, digital assets and investing.
They have built products that help people earn, move, borrow, invest and protect money. Along the way, working with banks, fintech companies and millions of end users, they saw a gap that financial services had largely left behind.
Chapter two · The question that led here
Families can lose access to insurance policies, investments, pensions, digital assets and important documents—not because the value is gone, but because the information, access and recovery process are fragmented.
Chapter three · Where we began
Before Ensurance, the team launched Paysack—a Wallet + VISA card for employee benefits and reimbursements. Paysack made it simpler for employers to deliver benefits and for employees to use them when they needed them.
It also made the next step clear: a great benefits experience should do more than make benefits spendable. It should build financial confidence for employees and create a clearer path for the people who depend on them.
That is the infrastructure Ensurance is building.
